This notice describes the VWEB website as currently configured. Updated September 29, 2026.
Project request information
When you send the project request form, VWEB receives and stores the details you enter: your name, email address, business or project name, website, the services you selected, any brand colors you picked, timing, budget range, and project details. We use this information only to review your request, reply to you, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
To protect the form from spam and abuse, we also record the page you sent it from, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that cannot be turned back into the address itself. Submissions are stored in a secured database hosted by our database provider.
You can ask us to update or delete a request you sent at any time. After you send the form, you can also download or copy a text copy for your records; those copies stay on your device.
Platform demo
The operations platform demo runs entirely in your browser using fictional sample data. Anything you enter in it is not sent to VWEB or stored, the demo resets when you leave or refresh the page, and the demo payment screen does not process any payment.
Hosting and site access
This website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting service may process connection information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Those functions are governed by the provider’s policies.
Fonts and external services
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service to retrieve the font files. Images used by this site are served with the website itself.
Analytics and cookies
VWEB has not added advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or a marketing cookie system to this website. The hosting platform or your browser may use their own necessary storage.
Information you choose to share
Keep passwords, financial account details, and private customer records out of an initial project request. Project-specific data handling and access requirements should be agreed before sensitive business information is shared.
Changes to the site
This notice will be updated if the site adds analytics, additional integrations, or a different information-handling process.
